I met Cheryl Thomas last Christmas (2004) at Marcia Sandford's annual Christmas party. She came in late and let her pipes loose on O HOLY NIGHT. The whole room came unglued when she gave sound to MERRY CHRISTMAS, BABY, that same night. In April, Cheryl came over to do some studio work on another original of mine- SNAKE DANCIN' (soon to be released by download). I recognized she would add such "flavor" to the YF CD. I was honored when she said YES to the project. Cheryl- "We got ta' GO!" I hope to work with her on her own full music CD in the future! |
